What Will You Be Doing?

​The Manager, Digital Product Technology will lead the digital content strategy, content management system, analytics platforms, and optimization strategy across Frontiers digital systems and products. They will play a key role in the execution and implementation of our new content management system and will ensure it supports the content and optimization needs of the business. They will maintain a consistent intake process and work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance and consistency across all our digital platforms. This role will provide thought leadership to the web and mobile app teams, and establish best practices in content development, content strategy, search engine optimization, merchandising, and optimization of Frontier Airlines digital products.

Essential Functions

  • Own and manage process streams with product managers, designers, researchers, and marketers to develop a consistent and cohesive content strategy.
  • Lead implementation of new headless Content Management System, ensuring all business needs are met.
  • Lead and manage optimization platforms, ensuring successful merchandising and optimization across web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead and manage analytics tools, ensuring KPIs are tracked and our digital platforms are performant.
  • Champion data driven decisions to successfully optimize our merchandising strategies across the website and mobile app.
  • Own and manage Frontier Airlines Content Management System, overseeing daily operations, updates and content publishing in test and production environments.
  • Lead administrative activities for CMS platform; including training sessions for content contributors and managing existing roles/permissions.
  • Manage and drive various high-level projects from concept to execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and structure for website, development, updates, and enhancements to ensure our website is user-focused and provides intuitive desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create and customize content that supports project/product roadmap.
  • Manage the site content and product “go-live” schedule to ensure that products are activated in a timely manner, maximizing selling time on site.
  • Translate product requirements for web development and own web content production lifecycle including scoping out content requirements, production, testing and ongoing management
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with third party vendors and work closely with IT department to ensure the technical aspects of web integrations
  • Act as point of contact for issue resolution as it relates to the flyfrontier.com website
  • Manage content development workflows between designers, developers and various internal teams
  • Oversee and manage content team, data analysts, and optimization specialists
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy web content in order to drive traffic, leads, revenue and achieve cross-organizational goals
  • Define, maintain and evolve Frontiers content development guidelines

Qualifications

  • ​​5+ years of experience creating web content
  • Working knowledge of SEO strategy and optimization
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics tools
  • Experience with A/B and multivariant testing tools
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience working on and leading a web and app team
  • Background in marketing is beneficial but not required
  • Strong understanding of web and app user experience
  • Experience working in content management systems
  • Experience copywriting across various digital touchpoints

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Flexible – able to respond quickly and effectively to changes in the marketplace, internal strategy and business requirements
  • Highly data driven with an ability to execute merchandising and optimization best practices
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of technical disciplines including: HTML, CSS, and front-end web design, SEO tools including google webmaster tools, SEO MOZ or similar, and core concepts of SEO and SEO marketing
  • Competency with Microsoft office, including, excel and power point
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects simultaneously
