As a leader in Business Finance, you will play a pivotal role in aligning financial operations with organizational goals, leveraging advanced technology and AI-driven insights to enable data-driven decision-making. Key Accountabilities
- Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape business strategies that are informed by robust financial analysis and predictive insights.
- Manage and mentor a dynamic finance team (5–10 members), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Champion the adoption of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, machine learning, and AI technologies to streamline reporting and decision-making.
- Oversee digital transformation projects, driving efficiency and operational improvements across finance functions.
- Analyze economic and statistical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure financial compliance and governance, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and dependability.

About You
You are an ambitious and results-driven leader with a strong background in business finance and technology. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excel in aligning financial strategies with long-term business goals. Your ability to inspire, adapt, and innovate sets you apart as a forward-thinking professional.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proven leadership experience (minimum 8 years’ experience, at least 5 years in managerial role) in managing portfolios, projects, and finance functions at a senior level.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, with a solid understanding of economics and statistics.
- Proficiency in BI tools, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with impact.
- A track record of fostering adaptability and openness within teams to embrace change and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and align with stakeholders on business objectives.
