These responsible and varied tasks await you:
- You analyze, design and optimize processes and structures to drive continuous improvement
- You develop and implement planning, control and regulation systems with a cross-divisional focus
- You initiate and design change processes to implement innovative solutions
- You work on special projects and, if necessary, take the lead
- You are responsible for cross-HUB capacity planning for all production factors
- You initiate and implement process, IT and structural changes in coordination with interfaces
- You maintain and further develop quantity forecasts and production planning
- You create and evaluate analyses, simulations and reports and derive measures from them

Requirements
We would be delighted if you have the following qualifications:
- Completed, relevant university degree or comparable training and professional experience
- Proven experience in the air freight industry

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis with Excel, basic knowledge of databases, and quick adaptability to new IT systems
