Tasks
Your tasks in our team:
- Establishing and expanding the local IT infrastructure services at the Frankfurt location and continuously optimising the end-user service processes in coordination with the specialist departments and support units.
- Identification and further development of topics such as ‘Digital Workplace’, mobile device management, print services and communication services in collaboration with the technology architects and infrastructure service providers.
- Communicating IT infrastructure product information, establishing a user community and regular dialogue on service changes as well as collecting end-user requirements.
- Provision of asset and cost information and implementation of regular cost optimisation measures.
Requirements
Ideally, you should have the following:
- Completed university degree or equivalent knowledge through training and professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a clear focus on results.
- Self-confident demeanour and the ability to convince and assert others.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong team-orientation and the ability to lead employees professionally.
- Excellent planning, coordination and organisational skills.
