Workforce Management is a key part of our business, and building optimal rosters for Air New Zealands airports workforce is a key driver of performance.
As the Manager Workforce Rostering, you will lead a team to produce optimized workforce rosters that align with union collective agreements, airport SLAs, and schedule requirements. Based at our Auckland Airport Campus, this is a fantastic challenging opportunity for a capable leader and strong business partner.
You will possess a real passion and energy for planning, and will thrive on leading a team to high levels of performance, both in what and how they deliver. You will have proven management experience in a dynamic fast-paced business environment and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong analytical skills are a must, including Excel and best practice data & process management. As well as being naturally analytical, your love for people and your interpersonal skills means that you enjoy collaboraring with a diverse range of colleagues - including your team, internal customers, and many different stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to respond quickly to changes and have demonstrated planning experience. You will be results focused, proactive in nature, and thrive in problem solving and delivering change.
