As Manager dnata Consulting, you will lead the programme of work delivery for dnata Consulting Services, including identification and qualification of new business opportunities and managing internal resources to deliver high quality projects. This is a full-time role and is based in our Dubai office.

In this role, you will:

• Develop market proposition in consultation with dnata Executives; identify priority customer segments, success indicators and market entry strategy for consulting services.


• Develop consulting engagement standards and KPI framework.


• Identify and maintain a network of internal and external resources, contractors and suppliers to fulfil customer requirements.


• Develop and maintain methodologies, knowledge repositories, proposals, case studies and research to support the delivery of high-quality consulting services.


• Lead the consulting team and community to ensure the right skills and resources are in place to deliver work effectively.


• Lead consulting engagement directly and through delegation across the whole lifecycle of sourcing, proposal, contracting and project delivery.


• Research and analyse industry trends, products, customer needs and competitor activity to generate new products and solutions to enhance existing ones and to make recommendations for changes at a strategic level.


• Ensure delivery of high-quality project deliverables, working closely with clients and the team to ensure expectations, timelines and budgets are met. Resolve issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Honours in related discipline.


• Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting with a reputable consulting firm, or an internal consulting arm of a blue-chip aviation firm.


• Atleast 5+ years of experience of identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a track record of delivering profitable growth.


• Advanced English language skills.


• Advanced knowledge of aviation services, including at least one of ground handling, cargo and/ or catering.


• Advanced presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficient in use of Microsoft O365 applications for business purposes.


• The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide.

You will have an edge, if you have:

• MBA or Master’s degree


• Experience in Emerging Markets.


• Fluency in additional languages.
