Job Description:
The Manager of Maintenance Reliability and CASS is responsible for accurate, efficient collection, analysis and entry of data and publishing of various daily maintenance operations reports and the monthly CASS Reports.
Summary of Essential Duties:
- Collects and analyzes system data for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepares monthly CASS report based off of system data as defined in the Contour Airlines’ General Maintenance Manual.
- Monitors departmental system data for Mechanical Interruption/Service Difficulty events and long-term adverse trends and reports event to the FAA as defined.
- Compiles company-wide statistical data by fleet type to generate analysis for monthly CASS Report
- Identifies, qualifies, and reports irregularities found during analysis of data.
- Submits data reports to OEM and other entities and regulatory agencies under the direction of Director, Technical Services.
- Monitors maintenance information software recorded defects for Mechanical Interruption Summary Reports (MIS), Service Difficulty Report (SDR) events, and long-term adverse trends.
- Reports MIS and SDR events to the FAA via the processes described in this manual.
- Audits and corrects data in the maintenance information software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensures that duties are performed with the highest degree of safety and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
