Join our team as a Global Trade Compliance Manager, where you will play a critical role in sustaining and enhancing Collins Aerospaces Global Trade (GT) program within the Mission Systems support functions. This hybrid role, based in Cedar Rapids, IA, offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring that the company’s trade compliance policies are effectively implemented and continuously improved. You will be responsible for developing and executing training, communication plans, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders within our support functions, while also supporting audits, assessments, and self-assessments. As a key player in the global trade landscape, you will help integrate GT requirements into Collins management systems and ensure compliance with export and import regulations. - Working knowledge of and ability to apply specialized areas of trade compliance including the EAR and ITAR
- Implement and sustain the trade compliance program, policies, and procedures, and coordinate the balloting and release of procedures
- Review and approve transactions as required by GT policies
- Work with multi-functional teams in a matrix environment on procedural implementation and sustainment
- Support the full integration of the GT requirements into the Collins Management System processes, tools, and templates
- Assist with the management of the GT site focal program to support overall GT program implementation and sustainment
- As directed, develop and implement training to ensure employees in the business understand and comply with trade compliance regulations
- Assist the team in the development and execution of the GT communications plan
- As directed, support site visits, assessments, and audits
- Assist sites in completing self-assessments and the processes to address gaps
- Assist with data gathering, analysis, maintenance, and reporting information/metrics in support of Dashboard, Semiannual Operating Reviews, and other reporting requirements as needed
- Fully understand CORE and act as a facilitator for the Mission Systems GT CORE projects
What YOU Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in Supply Chain or Operations management, with a fundamental understanding of how operational processes impact compliance
- Familiarity with Change Management principles and the ability to support teams through transitions
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Compliance practices, with an interest in maintaining high standards and meeting regulatory requirements
- Experience in Program Management, with the ability to manage projects and contributing to team success

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
