Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
Minimum Experience
- 10+ years in Information Technology in one or more of the technical areas currently used by FSI. This may include software engineering (SAP, .NET languages such as C#, VB.NET, C++), data engineering (SQL), network/telephony, infrastructure, deskside support (Windows applications and operating systems), project management, or business relationship management
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must

- Ability to drive transformational change in an emergent agile culture
- Fluent in Scrum Practices, could easily act as a scrum master and author user stories with GHERKIN with acceptance criteria
- Fluent in Extreme Programming practices, can coach Test Driven Development and related practices, knows to “keep the campground clean,” interested in Domain Driven Design
- Values lean metrics and their healthful application
- Understands how to leverage static and dynamic code scanning results
- Fluent in modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices, e.g., red/green deployments, ensure segregation of duties
- Drive compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC (CUI and ITAR), and related control frameworks
- Tech Stacks under management: xUnit, advanced test automation frameworks, node js, .Net, Blazer, HTML, HTML5, PHP, Cold Fusion, SQL, AS400/DB2, others as appropriate
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
