Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Business, or other related discipline
10 years combined direct experience in aerospace & defense.
Expert understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Method Scheduling.
Strong understanding of Primavera P6, and Primavera Risk Analysis.
Expert understanding of industry and government scheduling best practices, and IMPR / IPMDAR Reporting Requirements.
Strong understanding of USG contracts and RFP process.
Strong understanding of helicopter/tiltrotor aircraft design, development, production, procurement, and assembly processes.
Previous leadership experience in a planning and scheduling role.
What you need to be successful
We are looking for inquisitive and driven Program Scheduling Leaders with a passion for innovation.
Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Business, or other related disciplines.
Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
