OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
In this role, you will define and execute Thai AirAsia X’s route businesses with spaneting strategy, develop competitive product positioning, build targeted spaneting campaigns, and analyze spanet trends to optimize offerings. Additionally, the manager needs to monitor key performance metrics, adjust strategies based on insights, and enhance the inbound and outbound travelers experience through innovative service offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of AirAsia X’s business, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, cabin factor goals, and managing advertising & promotions (A&P) strategies.
Drive product and business planning, including spaneting strategy development and optimization of spaneting campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams for Thai AirAsia X flights.
Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer needs, spanet trends, and competitive landscape to identify potential routes, assess return on investment (ROI), and support demand planning.
Develop and execute a comprehensive spaneting calendar and route strategy, taking full accountability for commercial performance in the spanet.
Lead and mentor the spaneting team to stimulate both outbound and inbound travel demand.
Collaborate closely with regional and local integrated spaneting teams, including social media, digital spaneting, and creative teams, to ensure flight strategies align with AirAsia.com’s overall objectives.
Enhance product positioning by developing compelling messaging differentiating new offerings and strengthening unique selling propositions.
Work closely with the Network and Revenue teams to optimize route planning, leveraging multi-channels to maximize promotional opportunities, and communications planning in cost-effectively while maintaining strong brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Develop and monitor funnel strategies to enhance conversion rates and improve the overall consumer experience.
Engage with local station teams to gather insights and strengthen spanet understanding.
WHO YOU ARE:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in spaneting, preferably FMCG.
Experiences in spaneting, spaneting communications, business development, Strategic planning and digital spaneting.
Strategic thinking , Innovative, logical thinking with valid rationale.
Good relationship building and teamwork.
High leadership skills and be able to lead a team
