How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Manager, Network Analysis, is responsible for leading a team of analysts in developing, analyzing and recommending near-term airline route network strategies on a route and a city level to maximize overall profitability of the airline. The Manager will also own the working relationship with international Joint Venture partners.Primary functions:Manage a set of spanets to maximize profitability and competitive positioningLead a team of individual contributors, helping develop the next generation of Delta leadersPrioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workflows and projectsCoordinate the relationship between Delta and our international JV partnersCreate team-wide processes to align the network and schedule planning process across Delta and its JV partner airlinesForecast new spanets for Delta serviceIdentify opportunities to reallocate aircraft from low performing spanets to high performing spanetsNegotiate with JV partners to advocate for Delta’s interestsDevelop and present network initiativesAnalyze changes to the competitive environmentDevelop PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate strategy, recommendation, benefits and timelinesConcisely communicate recommendations to all levels of managementCollaborate with other departments (PRM, Sales, ACS, Legal, finance, etc) to achieve divisional goals
