Description:Manufacturing Engineering Lead that will be responsible for the management of one or multiple Auto Process areas.

What You Will Be Doing
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering team supporting the area(s). Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementing and executing processes and procedures in production engineering.

This position requires contact with equivalent-level managers, industry peers and customer representatives, operational decisions, technical activities, schedules, contractual issues and general overall performance of the
organizational unit. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives and works as an active member of an Integrated Product Team, partnering with Production Operations, Engineering and Technology, PP&C as well as Program Management.

Focuses on directing the organization to meet critical schedules, resolve critical/complex technical or operational issues.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Completed Bachelors degree from an accredited college and professional experience in a manufacturing environment

The candidate must be willing to work alternate shifts.

- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing concepts and techniques.

- Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Experienced with solder reflow processes and equipment.
- Experienced in evaluating technical manufacturing acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies.
- Experience navigating complex software interfaces.
- Knowledge of electro- assembly, industrial processes.
- Experienced with SAP
- Experienced with Microsoft, Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel).

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
