Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager Enterprise WFM & Data Analytics to lead and develop Workforce Management to provide data analysis, reporting, and workforce management practices.

Manager Enterprise WFM & Data Analytics Overview:

The Manager, WFM & Data Analytics is responsible for leading and developing Workforce Management to provide data analysis, reporting, and workforce management practices. This position works to determine data driven staffing level demands and support labor management tools and processes to optimize labor and deliver accurate forecasting/scheduling. The position enables leaders to make decisions and achieve business objectives by providing thorough analysis, reporting, planning, and data informed recommendations.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Manager Enterprise WFM & Data Analytics:

  • Using workforce management and data analysis techniques to provide demand driven staffing levels to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals/business objectives.
  • Act as primary WFM point of contact and liaison between leadership, the operational teams, and cross functional partners.
  • Lead the Customer Service WFM team and support other business units to further develop workforce management and data analysis capabilities.
  • Build and maintain detailed staffing and financial models to support short-term and long-term planning.
  • Analyzing relevant information, trends, and data to support decision making and forecasting.
  • Establish staffing levels to develop and implement shift bids for assigned non-exempt labor groups.
  • Assess changes to schedule structure/tightness for risks to operational reliability.
  • Identify, justify, and implement automation enhancements that enable the airline to grow efficiently.
  • Monitor and develop actions plans for improvement of Key Performance Indicators for assigned labor groups.
  • Direct the analysis and forecasting of assigned labor groups monthly and annual planning.
  • Compare actual results to forecast to identify opportunities for refinement and improvement.

The qualifications we are looking for in a Manager Enterprise WFM & Data Analytics include:

  • Previous experience in contact center operations.
  • Proven experience in an analytical role.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or another analytical field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the company.
  • Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WFM software tools.

Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge.
