The NOC Manager is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency and excellence of the Network Operations Center. This role requires a dynamic leader adept at coordinating with stakeholders such as FBO Dispatchers, General Managers, Duty Managers, and liaisons from NetJets and Flexjet. The Manager ensures operational smoothness, especially during peak events and adverse weather conditions, and manages ramp congestion and operational delays. This position involves shift work, including potential PM and midnight shifts, to provide around-the-clock operational coverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- 24/7 Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the NOCs operations across various shifts, including PM and midnight shifts, to ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Direct communication and coordination with FBO Dispatchers, GMs, and Duty Managers for operational decision-making.
- Weather and Event Management: Oversee de-icing operations, diversion planning, and strategy development during adverse weather and peak events.
- Ramp and Delays Management: Promptly address issues like ramp congestion, fueling delays, and other operational challenges.
- System Operations Planning: Oversee scheduled operations, including NetJets and Flexjets operating days and charter activities.
- Customer Impact Mitigation: Direct access and communication with NetJets and Flexjet liaisons for VIP handling, pilot notifications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Effective Communication: Lead shift briefings, including critical operational aspects, manage key Inbox items, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Supervisor and Financial Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the NOC team (7-8 coordinators) while fostering a proactive work environment adaptable to varying shift schedules.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in an aviation or similar industry.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration aptitude.
- Familiarity with the aviation and/or transportation industries is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage crises effectively.

- Advanced attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues skillfully.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking principles to various intellectual and practical problems.
- Capability to connect to different data sources, transform data, and create visualizations that can help identify trends and insights using Power BI and/or Tableau.
