As the Organisation Design Manager, you will support in creating and implementing a comprehensive job architecture framework across the organisation, ensuring regular organisation design activities adhere to best practices and governance standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to align organisation design with strategic objectives, driving performance improvement and fostering a culture of continuous development and adaptation.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and support the implementation of the organisation-wide job architecture framework that aligns with the companys strategic talent, competency and skills goals, and ensures consistency across all roles.
- Establish and maintain governance structures and best practices for all job architecture and organisation design activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies as well as any external regulations.
- Work closely with senior management, HR teams, IT and other stakeholders to gather insights, align on job architecture and organisational design initiatives, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Regularly review the effectiveness of the job architecture and organisation design frameworks, proposing necessary adjustments to improve performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives to support the implementation and ongoing improvement of job architecture and organisational design approaches, ensuring effective transition, and that the organisation adapts smoothly to new structures and processes.
