Job Description:
The team you will join delivers services to support the HR functions in Organisation Management within the Airbus HR systems (Workday & SAP), in accordance with the defined Process Methods and Organisation Design rules.
Your responsibilities will be:
Answer support requests related to the organisation management activity
Ensure compliance with Airbus Procedures and Organisation Design Rules
Implement the requests in the HR systems as soon as all prerequisites are met
Coordinate request with Stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring accordance with customer requirements
Prepare reorganisations’ as-is and to-be information, for impact analysis and implementation
Ensure reorganisation implementation data quality and on-time delivery
Support Business Transformation projects by analysing possible risks and impacts for the organisation structure in the different HR systems, ensuring project timelines are followed and customer expectations met
Create/update standard operating procedures
Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities
Support systems’ data quality monitoring and corrections
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

Rigorous and autonomous way of working and being able to react/adapt to the situations
Continuous Improvement mindset
Negotiation level of English
Knowledge in SAP HR and/or Workday is a plus
Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate)
Knowledge and experience in Google AppSheet/Apps Script is a plus
