PW4000 Program is seeking a Model Manager to support the Program in addressing all aspects of the PW4000 program. This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.
What You Will Do:
Support the Program Manager in day-to-day leadership of multi-functional teams in the performance of program execution and program capture
Provide status updates requested by the Commercial Engines senior management
Create reporting process for relaying frequent updates to the IPMT and program management leadership
Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools
Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve shop visit target and commitments
Cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated master schedule aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestones
Work with program partners, suppliers, spare parts organization, engine center locations, and overhaul facilities to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Mitigate critical issues or discrepancies that arise relative to delivery, induction schedule, and shop visit progress
Tracking and reporting on cost and schedule performance, including customer status, engine status, relative financial reports, and internal Program Reviews
Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives including customer specific strategies.
Interface with Engineering to maintain safety and reliability of the fleet.
Coordinate across functions to drive rapid investigations of quality and field issues to determine root cause, establish fleet management plans, and implement corrective action
Work closely with P&W Engine Leasing to ensure fleet-wide spare engine availability is maintained. and Customer business organization, including field sales representatives and customer field directors
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience to include engineering, program management and project management experience.

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
