What you’ll need to do the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent knowledge of French payroll legislation, processes, and policies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with unions, fostering positive relationships, and applying local payroll legislation effectively. Confidence and credibility in representing Payroll to business stakeholders, HR teams, and unions are essential, along with proven experience in managing high-volume and complex payroll operations with precision and compliance. Proficiency in HR Business Partnering Model, along with strong IT skills, including proficiency in systems such as Workday, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Right Now, is required. Multilingual proficiency in English and French is a must to effectively communicate across the easyJet network. The ability to travel as needed and a professional, empathic demeanour in handling sensitive situations are also crucial.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role, 35 hours will be based in CDG, Paris with frequent travel across the network.
