You will lead a small team of two, handling reporting requests from both the People function and the broader organisation. As the People Reporting Manager, your role will involve maintaining and enhancing the strong reputation the team has established, providing accurate and reliable reporting through our HR and data systems, and supporting the needs and requirements of stakeholders across the business.

What youll be doing

As the People Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering reliable reports using our HR systems and data sets, ensuring that all reporting, both online and offline, is trusted and consistent. You will collaborate with the People Insight function to co-design and manage dashboard solutions in Tableau and Workday, translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions. Your role involves leading a team to prioritise daily requests and long-term projects, managing capacity to meet stakeholder needs, and developing self-service solutions. You will oversee relationships across the business and with our external AMS provider to handle specialised Workday requirements, maintain governance documents, manage the reporting catalogue, and contribute to the overall reporting strategy to create a seamless experience for colleagues.

Job Requirements:

What you'll bring to the team

You will bring experience in using people systems like Workday or Tableau to produce reports for the People team and the wider business, along with a background in leading and managing teams while fostering growth. Your expertise includes supporting business projects through reporting, such as gender pay gap analysis and year-end performance reviews. You have strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels, the ability to understand and interpret business needs, and excellent communication skills that allow you to adapt and deliver effectively.

Location & Hours of Works

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
