Performance Analysis Branch Manager

Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Performance Analysis Branch Manager at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will manage the Performance Analysis Team using engineering methodologies in an Agile, Digital Engineering environment planning, managing, and executing system-level analyses of Medium and High Fidelity Simulations in support of development and integration of system enhancements to the GMD Weapon System.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:  

Required Education and Years of Experience: 

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years related work experience).

Required Qualifications: ​

  • Experience planning, managing, and executing analyses of models and simulations of complex systems in support of performance characterization and/or requirement verification
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing software/tool development in support of analysis of complex systems utilizing latest coding best practices and industry advancements/trends
  • Experience leading systems engineering or software engineering teams.
  • Experience using Systems Engineering processes and tools.
  • Experience presenting to program leaders and customers.
  • Experience with customer coordination pertaining to complex systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills 

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Analysis Experience with other MDA programs and/or GMD
  • Leadership Experience with other MDA programs and/or GMD
  • A good understanding of GMD system performance and architecture (including sensors, detection/tracking, ground systems, booster, kill vehicle, and threats).
  • Experience using MATLAB/Python or similar environment to develop analytical tools or perform numerical modeling of complex systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of multivariate statistical analysis, data mining, data fusion, and regression testing.
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management (EVM) process and/or experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)

Work Location: Huntsville, AL

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

 Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$114,000 - $203,000
