Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Launch and enhance ground operations processes at stations
- Analyze process weaknesses, adapt regulations, and provide feedback to process architects
- Organize lean activities and lead/support structural and procedural projects
- Conduct field visits, identify gaps, prepare measures, and monitor execution
- Streamline communication and coordinate training to ensure process expertise
- Steer stations during disruptions and provide second-level frontline support
- Optimize station revenue and costs, support procurement, and provider negotiations
- Ensure safe, reliable, customer-oriented, and cost-efficient ground operations
- Quality monitoring of data set for the region, reflecting commercial and operational aspects and service excellence

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or or equivalent required
- Work experience in analyzing and reporting cost and quality KPI’s
- Fluency in English language required; German is a plus
- Knowledge of aviation business, station processes and station interfaces. Ground operations expertise is an asset
- Proven experience in multiple airline functional areas; strong industry acumen
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Quick thinker with strong conceptual, organizational, and operational skills
- Effective communicator across all levels; skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks
- Critical thinker, problem-solver, flexible, and adaptive
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel
