We are currently looking for a Product and Market Pricing Manager (d/f/m) to join our team “Pricing” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Your focus will be on material categories with market competition, such as vendor parts and tools. For these product lines, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing policies and methodologies that ensure profitability and meet the market and customer expectations.
You identify the value drivers and perform industry benchmarks to adapt the pricing strategy and approach to the market
You identify the right measures and drive the highest level of price availability via a robust control of key pricing parameters
You implement and control the roll-out of pricing strategies into daily pricing operations. KPIs, reports and dashboards will support you in continuously improving processes and profitability
You ensure easy access of pricing data to our internal and external customers, by analyzing, defining, preparing and sharing the relevant data. You aim for process efficiency, robustness and seize automation opportunities
This role will involve some travel for business (approx. once a month) mainly in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
ABOUT YOU
Equipped with an Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in a comparable role within product management, production, procurement or finance, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
You already have first hand experience in financial analysis, pricing and/or costing
You have a good knowledge of SAP, ideally Skywise and Google Workplace
You have a pro-active way of working and business oriented mindset
You are willing to work in a changing environment
You are at a negotiation level in English; German and/or other language skills would be a plus
