In the framework of Airbus Crisa equipment product development (satellites and launchers), the PA manager will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the quality function of different electronic processes (conception, integration, programming, tests, etc.).

- Helping the project team which you are part of to succeed,

- Guaranteeing that customer needs are met,

- Defining and applying the Product Assurance Plan,

- Ensuring the quality of develop processes,

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the quality interface with the customer,

- Conducting reviews/milestones (internal or contractual),

- Leading and supporting the justification files with relevant arguments (anomaly processing, etc.),

- Identifying quality relevant risks and supporting the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP throughout the Project.

- Supporting the resolution of incidents through problem solving activities such as route cause analysis, PPS, PFMEA, etc.

- Leading and supporting the process of Non-conformities Management

- Ensuring the consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know-how (standard quality plan),

- Establishing and conducting the quality plan implementation,

- Participating in the definition of the actions of risk mitigation,

- Coordinating quality actions and managing the quality budget,

- Certifying product conformity with its specification. To do this, you will be supported by quality staff to guarantee the correct processing of product non-conformances.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic, etc.) or Physics, Chemistry, etc.

Language: English and spanish Advanced Level

Work Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in product quality assurance, manufacturing, suppliers homologation, incoming inspection or testing

Soft Skills: Communication skills, team player, analytical skills, rigorous approach, ability to think ahead and anticipate
