Raytheon is seeking an individual with operations experience who will be responsible for guiding operations execution across multiple factories and business units. The Operations Program Manager will be accountable for schedule performance, risk and opportunity management, operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across the program. Ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain with experience as a Cost Account Manager and leading in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
What You Will Do
Execute plans around operational efficiency in space and capital planning to accommodate growth across multiple factories.
Lead collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and key business partners in the Program Management Office, Engineering and Mission Assurance.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures and/or experience with RF Components, RF Subassemblies, and RF Subsystems
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma/CORE, and other Operational Excellence methodologies
Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the MRP plan while achieving cost and quality requirements
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.

Earned Value Certification with Control/Cost Account Manager experiences Level 6 Program Management Certification within one year of start date

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
