Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage airframe/engine teardown facilities and AerSale contractors ensuring integrity of parts information within the pentagon system.
• Manage the movement shipment of engines/airframe stand to and from teardown facility.
• Create work scope and set priorities for airframe/engines being torn down at the teardown facilities.
• Manage airframe/engine parts to go out for repair to hold for future sales.
• Approval of parts that are being sent within Pentagon to repair shops.
• Maintain data integrity within Pentagon to reflect uniformity.
• Stripping of IPC and loading Alternate numbers to create maximum efficiency for sales of material.
• Provide Technical data of all engine lines to support sales of inventory.
• Special projects, as needed, which includes lot analysis by extracting data from Pentagon.
Education and Experience:
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration is preferred and at least five (5) years of previous experience in the aviation industry.
Abilities and Skills:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
