Job Summary

The Product Management Specialist will promote new aftermarket services for the group with the Marketing Organization. This person will act as the project manager for new Upgrades & Accessory development projects and services that the organization is able to offer. The Product Management Specialist will develop the new product & service launch strategy, perform competitive landscape benchmarking, and lead the development & updates for the Aftermarket website.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Acts as project manager for new Upgrades & Accessory projects and services for the SD&E group​
  • Supports the product and services portfolio launch timeline development for the SD&E group
  • Develops a marketing strategy and communication plan for new product launches
  • Benchmarks competitor pricing and creates a competitive landscape for use in SD&E pricing
  • Maintains and develops new Aftermarket Website functionality/user improvements for new product and service launches
  • Plans and supports digital/in-person Cirrus events with SD&E products & services as scheduled
  • Works with cross-functional team as new projects and services are being developed in the SD&E group
  • Supports development of Salesforce functionalities & capabilities that enable better launch/marketing opportunities
  • Leads the SD&E dashboard development & monitors the launch revenue results for customer purchasing trends to better increase financials through prices changes or promotions
  • Consistently exhibit exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, while demonstrating Cirrus Aircrafts mission, vision, values, and the Steps of Service
  • Other duties as required or assigned

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Two to three years experience in business related work.
