Role: Product Manager – Next-generation Offer & Order Management

Embark on a journey with British Airways as a Product Manager for Next-generation Offer & Order Management, leading efforts to redefine the landscape of airline retailing. You will drive the implementation of a groundbreaking Offer & Order Management System (OOMS), collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Revenue Management team in defining and executing BA’s vision and roadmap for next-generation retailing and order management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop and refine requirements for the next-generation OOMS.
  • Act as an advocate for next-generation Offer & Order Management, effectively communicating the vision and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster robust working relationships with suppliers, ensuring punctual and sturdy delivery of the roadmap while safeguarding BAs interests.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to define and refine operational methodologies.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proficiency in Product Management, including prioritization and roadmap ownership.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in supplier management and overseeing user experience agencies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • In-depth subject matter expertise in airline commercial infrastructure, particularly PSS and PSS-dependent systems.
  • Experience collaborating with airline technology providers to enhance commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Strong experience in modern retailing/offer management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with airline Revenue Management techniques and principles.
  • Experience in developing technology to drive customer, commercial, and operational benefits.
  • Experience leading and working within Agile teams.
