Our vision is to become one stop shop at the airport for the traveling public member who front up at the airport last minute and take pain of unknown, uncertainty out of travel.


If you are enterprising, creative and can work independently, the Product Manager Concierge & Retail, marhaba (UAE Nationals)  role provides the unique blend of all, it gives the vertical owner the freedom to suggest and curate new products end to end. Products will be attractive for the traveling public. It has a unique working environment where travel seamlessly folds into concierge and hospitality experience within the B2C realm. It is on a growth trajectory and therefore provides the opportunity to introduce new experiences at multiple touch points with the customer journey at the airport.


This role is for a UAE National holding a Khulasat Al Khaid.


In this role you will



  • Contribute to the development of the brand’s strategies to meet the needs of the business and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with management, ensuring objectives and product plans are aligned with corporate vision.   

  • Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.    

  • Review, collect and analyse data related to trends and sales and provide insights for the development of marketing campaigns. 

  • Report, measure and make recommendations on all activities to improve the effectiveness of future products and sales.

  • Understand business needs and provide regular competitor/market analysis including benchmarking of dnata product offerings and market position. 

  • Identify gaps in the market and profitable opportunities which are commercially viable, and which will enhance the product offering to remain commercially competitive. 

  • Manage team members through coaching, training, development, career progression and motivate by role modelling leadership and team-work behaviours. 

  • Manage the performance management process for staff across the section by ensuring quality and timely feedback and completion of PM reviews. 

  • Create and maintain up to date information on travel restrictions to be cascaded to agents and produced online to ensure customers understand new and ongoing travel guidelines. 

  • Provide in-depth specialist knowledge and training of associated featured products to all areas of the business as commercially or operationally required. 

  • Work proactively with sales and fulfilment areas to optimise conversion rates and minimise barriers to trade. 

  • Work with the internal stakeholders to plan and execute the preferred product strategy, understanding core destinations and products to sell.

  • Brief product via Salesforce for tactical campaigns. Working with the team on all aspects related to rates, allocations, release periods and service delivery, within defined business timeframes.  

  • Lead campaign management in-conjunction with Corporate Communications, relevant brands and sales teams, engaging all key stakeholders in initial campaign discussions to ensure knowledge sharing and aligned approach and support with activity and manage input to the calendar.

  • Conduct post-campaign review sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Streamline processes across the business to improve productivity and turnaround times, working closely with support teams to ease any pain points for operational issues.   


    Job Requirements:

    To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements



    • UAE National holding a Khulasat Al Khaid 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality or a related discipline

    • 5 + years experience within the travel, tourism, leisure industry or in Commercial & Sales

    • Previous experience in a product development role

    • Process improvement and managing large projects with accountability for implementation 

    • Established network within the UAE tourism sector

    • Strong knowledge of the global travel industry, including competitor activity

    • Knowledge of the functioning of all units within hospitality, B2C retail, travel and tourism

    • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills 

    • Good creative and lateral thinking skills

    • Strong knowledge of business improvement processes
