Role:  Product Owner for Next-generation Offer & Order Management and play a critical role in shaping the future of airline retailing. You will lead the definition and delivery of a groundbreaking Offer & Order Management System (OOMS), collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize requirements for the next-generation OOMS in collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between systems, processes, and people, ensuring alignment with the logical architecture and development roadmap of the OOMS.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable vendor capabilities, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy commercial infrastructure (PSS).
  • Develop a multi-year transition plan with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity and maximize value delivery.
  • Lead business changes necessary to integrate the new operating model and implement required process and technology transformations.
  • Establish strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of the roadmap while safeguarding BAs interests.
  • Ensure the platform meets commercial and operational requirements, including risk, compliance, audit, and security.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proficiency in Product Management, including prioritization and roadmap ownership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in requirements definition and solution design.
  • Experience in supplier management and overseeing user experience agencies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Deep subject matter expertise in airline commercial infrastructure, particularly PSS and PSS-dependent systems.
  • Experience working with airline technology providers to deliver improved commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Understanding of airline Revenue Management techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with airline distribution techniques and principles.
  • Experience in developing technology to drive customer, commercial, and operational benefits.
