The Work:
The Army & Air Force Business is seeking a highly qualified program individual to manage production for one of its largest US Military customers. This is a highly visible role within the organization and the successful candidate’s responsibilities include:
• Ownership and management of cost and schedule for over 25 aircraft
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the government customer and end user, to ensure aircraft are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements
• Driving key strategic initiatives to increase cost competitiveness and deliver value to customer
• Program capture support of future aircraft lots to include development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and proposal/negotiation efforts
• Strategic insertion of upgrades, mitigation of obsolescence and material shortage impacts and working across stakeholders to enable the most efficient and flexible production of the platform

Basic Qualifications:
• Earn Value & Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience
• Experience leading dynamic teams using full spectrum leadership competencies
• Communications skills (both written and oral)
• Candidate must have the ability to multitask
• Highly motivated and Strong Organization Skills
• Presentation skills and ability to address complex issues & solutions with senior leadership and customer stakeholders
• Travel to suppliers and other Lockheed Martin facilities is required
Desired Skills:
• Program Management leadership experience on DOD or full criteria Earned Value contracts
• Demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with Senior leadership within Lockheed Martin and Customer organizations
• Operations experience in production, supply chain, and/or quality
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
