The Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Integration Manager, Skunkworks - Level 5

Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, line management, and Supply Chain Management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or 12 or more years of Supply Chain related experience

• Experience identifying, planning, executing and completing cross-functional process improvements

• Experience communicating with Executive leadership, suppliers, peers and program management

• Leadership Experience

• Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or similar

• Experience in formal project management methodologies, systems analysis tools, processes, & methods
Desired Skills:
• Advanced Experience capturing, aggregating, analyzing, and presenting data, that effectively shows key performance metrics to identify and mitigate risks

• Experience with Program Management

• Experience working collaboratively and operating in an environment with several stakeholders

• Experience with the procurement process, and the Supply Chain lifecycle

• Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership; to include presentations

• Experience managing major DOD subcontracts

• Experience adhering to policies & procedures under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs)

• Experience TINA compliant (Truth in Negotiations Act)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
