The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at over 400 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI’s published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.

The Training Functional Areas (TFAs) include Soldier Systems (Aviation Trainers, Aviation Maintenance Trainers, GMDT, Counter Intelligence Systems and FMS Cases). In this challenging role, the program manager for assigned Task Order(s) (the Task Order Manager) will interface directly with the TFA Program Manager and supported customers for assigned Task Orders. The program manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall financial health of the task order(s) within the contracted values. The program manager will oversee activities to ensure all task order contractual requirements are met.

Specifically, the selected candidates will:
- Maintain knowledge of program and Task Order contractual requirements
- Support program, TFA, and Task Order financial goals
- Remain fully knowledgeable of Task Order status to ensure accurate customer reporting requirements are met
- Monitor adherence to complex program directives, processes, procedures as they apply to management of their specific sites, suppliers and TADSS operations
- Review Task Order performance by monitoring daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer per contract and LM IMS
- Collaborate and monitor performance of Statements of Work across the assigned task order(s)
- Establish milestones and monitors adherence to task order milestones, identifies program problems, and implements solutions for the program
- Establish and maintain a strong customer rapport
- Create and Manage Cost Type and Firm Fixed Price proposals
- Maintain close contact with customer to sustain satisfaction
- Manage Risk and Opportunities for assigned task order(s)
- Work to support CPARS ratings in a positive manner
- Promote Task Order growth opportunities within contract scope
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new work that must be submitted on proposals
- Manage/mentor/communicate with the PMO/site teams to foster teamwork, safety, and a diverse culture
- Provide cultural imperatives leadership across all teammates and LM personnel at all support locations
- Possesses strong communication skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead virtual teams and ensure completion of tasks

• Experience in project and program management
• Experience working with concepts, practices and procedures in areas of responsibility
• Experience working with project management methodology such as budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies including earned value management, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Senior level customer communication and strategic relationships
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and globally recognized subject matter experts
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
