Strategic Technology Institute, Inc.(STi) is expected to be awarded a contract supporting the Office of Enterprise Services (OES) Knowledge Management Office (KMO) within the Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate of the Dept of Homeland Security. With STi you’ll support an office that provides federal, state, and local officials with technology and capabilities to protect the homeland. Technology and threats evolve rapidly in today’s environment. The office monitors those threats and capitalizes on technological advancements at a rapid pace, developing solutions and bridging capability gaps. S&T’s mission is to safeguard the nation by answering the threats of tomorrow and the needs of today through science, technology, and innovation.

We’re looking for a skilled professional with experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field who is prepared to lead a team of contractors in support of protecting the homeland.

As Program Manager, you will be responsible to complete and perform the following requirements:

  • Assist the OES Front Office with management and oversight of the OES Divisions and their respective projects.
  • Work across multiple projects to highlight, identify, and build on interdependencies within OES.
  • Work with the OES leadership to assist their management of individual projects.
  • Assist in the facilitation of communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Division Directors to ensure that programs/projects align with OES overall strategy and management plan.
  • Work with OES Leadership to develop a robust communications plan to deliver, monitor and manage internal and external communications.

Anticipated responsibilities related to the Executive Administrator portion of this position include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to key stakeholders and department leaders within KMO offices including:
  • Calendar Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Correspondence and Communication
  • Meeting Support
  • Information Management
  • Project Support
  • Administrative Support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS
  • 10+ years of experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field.
  • MA/MS degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) may also be substituted for one year of experience.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • US Citizen
  • Successfully complete DHS Suitability process
  • Proven work history of confidentiality and discretion
Salary Range: 80,000.00-160,000.00
