Overview of the Role: The Program Manager will spearhead high-impact initiatives, ensuring successful project execution and integration across various departments. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and internal teams, the Program Manager will define project goals, manage resources, and drive program efficiency while focusing on strategic growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, computer services, and client divisions, to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead project meetings, oversee vendor integration, and track deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness.
• Provide technical guidance and manage resources for both project and sustaining activities.
• Prepare and present financial and technical reports during bi-weekly stakeholder meetings.
• Implement and monitor metrics to measure service functionality and project success.
• Serve as a technical advisor, addressing challenges, resolving project issues, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Motivate team members and communicate effectively through clear presentations and comprehensive reporting.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts strategically, build relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development, with a willingness to participate in training provided by the company.EducationBachelor’s degree and minimum of five (5) years direct experience in program management, or equivalent combination of education / experience. Master’s degree preferred but not required. Certifications Project Management Institute (PMI) / Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
