Programme Quality Manager - Industrial (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for a Programme Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

• Management, Monitoring and Support of the FAL&IFA&TABLADA for A400M Program Quality, ensuring the transversal communication, coordination and global vision between the Program and these sites.
• Management, Monitoring and Support of the Quality Engineering for A400M Program Quality, ensuring the transversal communication, coordination and global vision between the Program and Engineering.
• Governance Model definition and reporting Dashboard for Program Quality FAL&IFA&TABLADA&T1QAE.
• Assure the Surveillance Processes inside the area and deploy Surveillance activities in the FAL&IFA&TABLADA&T1QAE as needed.
• Assure Voice of Customer communication and management towards FAL&IFA&TABLADA&T1QAE.
• Support the definition of the A400M quality objectives, cascading and follow up, and check its consistency/applicability with the areas.
• Integrate a unique vision of area Quality performance (KPIs), management and transversal communication.
• Enable the areas to produce right first time and to increase the satisfaction of our end customer, thanks to the deployment of quality standards (APQP, P-FMEA, PPV, PPS, SPC…)
• Promote and trigger the sharing of best practices across the sites.
• Reinforce the Quality mindset to engage teams in continuous quality improvements.
• Support Risks & Opportunities identification within the areas.
• Foster Digitalization projects within Quality in the areas.
• Support & Lead critical projects for the Programme.
• Lead transversal Hot Topics & Topics activated by the Red Button Process.
• Assure the maintenance of the associated QPs.
• Assure the fulfilment of associated QMS requirements.

Reporting on Quality Performances. Reporting on Quality Risks Management for the different WPs. Reporting on Hot Topics. Definition of WPs specific Quality Objectives. Reporting on Projects led and supported. Transfer of Work Follow Up.
