Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations (Proposals) - Level 2. This position will be part of the Business Integration Team under the Model Based Systems Engineering Directorate. As a part of that team you will play an intricate part in ensuring that the Missions System Capabilities for IFG (F-16/F-22) and/or F35 are delivered on time and meet the need of our customers. In the Proposal Role, this person will be responsible for EVMS items and will support contract updates, proposals, BOEs, kick-off meetings and baselining activities.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in reviewing proposals for impact and creating BOEs.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen skills, have experience in reviewing proposals for system design impacts and creating BOEs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Experience authoring Basis of Estimates (BOE)
- Experience with proposals / using proposal pricing tools or BOE tools such as Aeronautics Proposal Tools Suite (APTS)
- Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Ability to partner across functions and lines of business

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
