Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of agile project and program management for complex, high-priority initiatives from concept through completion.
- Develop and manage integrated program and project plans across functional areas, ensuring alignment with scope, time, quality, and cost constraints.
- Oversee project scope, stakeholder alignment, success criteria, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, Data & BI, and Real Estate/Facilities.
- Facilitate Lean practices such as value stream mapping (VSM), BPSM, process mapping, and improvement workshops.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of change management processes, integrating project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Develop KPIs, analyze business impact, and proactively manage project risks and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level business cases, status reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive decision-making.
- Support governance and compliance with internal processes and industry-standard methodologies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles (corporate or consulting)
- 5+ years in consultancy services
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and communicating with executive leadership
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and resource management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with change management, business case development, and KPI measurement
- Strong experience in Global Real Estate and Facilities Management (GREF) preferred
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications preferred
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 15 as required
