Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pay Rate: $55.79 per hour
About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Lead to support Global Operations Supply Chain Finance in a key strategic initiative. This role will focus on coordinating capital projects, overseeing Construction In Progress (CIP) burndown, and ensuring smooth asset management. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and the Controller’s Office to monitor and enhance financial processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and track CIP burndown progress, ensuring assets are placed in service.
Act as the primary liaison for the Controller’s Office and Central Ops Finance on CIP status.
Monitor supplier responses regarding project and tooling status.
Assist buyers with Asset Placed In Service (APIS) form submissions.
Ensure APIS forms are processed timely and accurately.
Develop and document capital procurement and project execution processes.
Provide financial reports on capital projects, budget tracking, and CIP balances.
Ensure GAAP compliance and proper accounting treatment for fixed assets.
Support internal control inquiries and provide guidance and training to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You NeedEducation & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR
Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience OR
12+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of GAAP, fixed assets, and financial analysis
Analytical mindset to identify risks and drive improvements
Preferred Experience:
SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Archer (eSOX), Agile Point (Capex approvals)
Background in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management

Pay Details: $55.79 per hour
