AHUK offers considerable experience in helicopter sales, bespoke completions, maintenance and spares support. Its in-house engineering capabilities include design, customisation, installation, flight-testing and certification, as well as technical support, maintenance, training and the supply of spares for civil and military applications.
AHUK is the MoD’s chosen provider of helicopters and maintenance for its Defence Helicopter Flying School (referred to as MFTS) located in RAF Shawbury (Shropshire) and RAF Valley (Anglesey).
Description/Overall purpose of the Job
At Airbus Helicopters Oxford, we are seeking a Project Manager Apprentice to join our team. We are expanding due to an increase in workload and wish to offer an apprenticeship to build depth into our team. This is a degree level apprenticeship for 3-4 years.
As part of the Apprenticeship you will study and work towards a Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths, a BA (Hons) Business Management Practice and a Level 6 Chartered Manager (Degree) Apprenticeship. You will attend college 1 day per week during term time to complete this, and we will support you and allow you time to focus on the qualification at other times as and when required. The college learning will be based at one of the Abingdon & Witney based colleges.

Additional requirements
Due to the nature of this position you will require DBS Security Clearance and may require SC clearance so must be able to achieve these.

The role is based on site at Oxford airport, Killington and on site at Abingdon and witney college.
