Job Description:

Tasks

Your tasks as Project Manager Defense Programs may include, among others:

  • Ensure continuous readiness at LTCS to receive business from the US Department of Defense from a regulatory perspective
  • Primary ACS Interface to Government Program Management Office and Technical Authority
  • Evaluate & Communicate risks with any Department of Defense Opportunity to all relevant stakeholders within the ACS Americas organization
  • Actively evaluate Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs) and guide necessary changes for LTCS
  • Responsibility to monitor portfolio of defense contracts and support account management as required
  • Set up campaign teams including all required stakeholders for major sourcing projects for business from the Department of Defense

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the USA required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred
  • Aviation / MRO Industry experience advantageous required
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype for business as user
  • Excellent responsibility
