Understanding the Project Business Case: Thoroughly review and grasp the projects objectives and strategic goals
High-Level Planning: Develop high-level plans that clearly outline the projects scope and align with strategic objectives
Detailed Project Planning: Create & maintain detailed project plans as needed, ensuring critical paths and milestones are identified and communicated effectively from initial project conception, throughout delivery and to completion
Effective Project Delivery: Lead the project with clarity and inspiration, setting clear performance and delivery expectations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget to agreed scope while managing risks, issues, dependencies and finances throughout project lifecycle
Team Coordination: Ensure all relevant teams and individuals are involved and briefed appropriately, understanding their roles and delivery timelines
Methodology Adherence: Follow the VA Project Management methodology throughout the project lifecycle, setting and maintaining project governance that supports RACI management, decision making, project change control & project status reports
