You will lead and coordinate a team of quality inspectors and technicians to provide support for the manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you will work out of our Dayton, OH location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality plans, ensuring that all necessary quality audits and inspections are conducted to validate product performance. You will provide expertise and guidance to the team in conducting quality audits, analyzing data and driving continuous improvement initiatives. YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelors degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality within manufacturing environment
•Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor/lead within manufacturing environment
•Strong leadership and team management skills
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
