WHAT WERE DOING
The development of a Radar Threat Avoidance System (RTAS) for maritime application requires requires an experienced, highly-organized, hands-on Program Manager intimately familiar with Lockheed Martin processes and experienced in leading a team of matrixed technical, manufacturing and business professionals to develop, qualify, and produce systems for our SOCOM customer.

THE WORK
- Direct all phases of contract performance from inception through completion,
- Own cost, schedule and technical performance,
- Participate in negotiations of contract and contract changes,
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, statements of work, specifications and operating budgets,
- Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions,
- Act as the primary customer interface, leading program reviews focused on cost, schedule and technical performance.
- Ensure top and bottom line growth within this new portfolio through process improvements and partnership with prospective and current consumers aimed at developing new business or expansion of the current product line

With more than 4,000 units fielded, a strong backlog of development and production orders, and a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, the RTAS Program Manager will play a vital role within RMS ensuring our EW product line remains operational, relevant, and strong for many years to come.

Basic Qualifications:
- Development and Production Program Management experience,
- Risk Management experience,
- Proposal Management experience,
- Capture Management experience,
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools such as Power Point, Excel and Project
- Ability to obtain DOD Secret clearance
- Ability to travel
Desired Skills:
- Capture Management experience, including leading and/or supporting complex competitive pursuits / campaigns,
- Experience with leading responses to requests for information (RFI) and/or sources sought requests,
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow our business,
- Certified Control Account Manager (CAM),

- Top Secret (TS) clearance or ability to obtain a TS clearance,
- Previous military experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,700 - $227,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
