Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
5+ years of related experience, including involvement with US Government contracting or procurement activities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- DoD experience
- Experience with FAR 52.219-9 compliance
- Familiarity with Small Business Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements, including the small business reporting process such as Individual Subcontract Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontract Reports (SSR), and with DCMA Small Business Audits
- Experience with supplier diversity program development, diversity sourcing strategy, analytics, supplier development, and working with diverse supplier networks, including managing outreach efforts and developing reporting or dashboards to track activity.
- Experience leading supplier relationship management efforts, including supplier segmentation, KPI reporting and structuring recurring business review discussions.
- Experience with the development and/or management of day-to-day supplier risk programs and development of risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, processes, and principles related to direct and indirect procurement
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence on multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills, especially in front of peers and executive audiences.
- Strong process management skills, quantitative skills and a data driven approach to managing spend, suppliers and solving problems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus.
- Demonstrated ability leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes by removing process/technology bottlenecks.
