Responsibilities - your mission 

The jobholder will be a key contributor for Airbus Travel and Expenses business process being part of the Finance Systems organization.

Our Finance Systems community at Lisbon GBS is growing and sums more than 50 people working globally to support Airbus group activities.

The Travel and Expenses business operational process is fully managed in Lisbon GBS with a team of more than — colleagues. This T&E Business Process Expert position is created to have a Finance System / process expert working in partnership with the operational teams and liaising with the digital experts for T&E systems.

Within the scope of Travel and Expenses processes applied to Airbus core countries (France, Germany, UK and Spain), the jobholder will have the responsibilities to be a travel and expense processes expert related to the use of the KDS system and/or SAP Concur.

The jobholder will be responsible to assess and ensure the quality of data flow throughout the Travel to Reimburse business process stream. Being able to understand the information integration between travel and expenses software and SAP ERP.

For these tasks, the jobholder will:

● Be the focal point between T&E operational teams and Airbus IT experts with respects to efficiency of the support model and digital transformation roadmap

● Validate the relevant interfaces with SAP FI product (quality of T&E booking entries)

● Update relevant KDS Neo / SAP Concur product documentation (functional specifications and other technical documentation.)

● Collect requirements for reporting needs related to the Travel to Reimburse business process and elaborate the technical specifications

●  Participate on the deployment of enhancements or new tools

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 

● Senior profile: 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance / IT

● Good understanding of travel and expense general policies and regulations

● KDS technical expertise / SAP Concur (desirable)

● Basic technical skills: data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge and interfaces with cloud solutions.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Ability to understand, navigate within a complex application architecture

● Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner

● Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills

● Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

● Customer oriented and team spirit

● Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment

● Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.

● Language Skills: Negotiation level in English

● Experience with Google Workspace applications (desirable)
