Qatar Airways (QR) is now recruiting for the role of Senior Account Manager - Leisure, based at our Regional Office in Stockholm (Östermalm).
In this role you will drive, manage and grow Qatar Airways Leisure Sales portfolio in Sweden both through our Trade Partners and our own Digital Direct Channel. You are expected to engage in joint sales and spaneting activities to ensure that the leisure revenue is maximized.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Maintain and grow the existing Leisure portfolio by supporting, developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with partners.
- Hunt new Leisure business with a strong mindset, focus and creative ideas.
- Analyze sales data and use business-and spanet intelligence to drive revenue.
- Work effectively with Sales Force, Tableau and Excel.
- Engage in joint sales and spaneting activities to grow the level and quality of Qatar Airways revenue.
- Manage and co-ordinate sales projects and initiatives.
- Represent at trade events, fairs and various activities, to promote Qatar Airways.
Qualifications
About You - The successful person will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Relevant commercial experience within the travel industry, ideally within Airline or Travel Agent Sales.
- Experience in successfully negotiate and communicate with clients / travel agents.
- Positive and flexible sales mindset and attitude.
- Problem solving and team player skills, being confident in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
- Good understanding of airline processes (e.g. Pricing/Distribution technology), systems (e.g. Amadeus, GDSes) and the travel industry in general.
- Knowledge of Sales Force is beneficial.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
- Has the legal right to live and work in Sweden.
