Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:
Build high-end aircraft cabinetry using veneers, laminates, and composite materials while ensuring quality standards.
Provide mentorship and training to cabinet builders.
Train and mentor cabinet builders.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Work with aerospace materials, adhesives, and epoxies.
Build drawers, cabinets, and large monuments.
Fabricate hardwood bullnose, Corian countertops, and fiberglass panels.
Operate CNC, pin routers, saws, and sanders.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Meet production schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum four years experience in aircraft cabinet building.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must obtain minimum tool list within six months of employment.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to adapt to changes and solve problems effectively.
Knowledge of safety and hazardous materials procedures.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently, up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Work in confined spaces, standing, kneeling, or stooping.
Normal or corrected vision required for precision tasks.
Must acquire required personal tools within six months.
Experience operating shop tools and power equipment is required.
