Salary Range: $144-154K DOE
Position Summary
Tactical Air Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join its Contracts team. The Senior Contracts Manager position is an integral part of an elite team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together, and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company. Responsibilities
Will perform a variety of duties such as cradle-to-grave contract administration support for government, foreign military and commercial contracts. This position reports to the VP of Contracts and will be responsible for providing oversight and monitoring of contracts, leadership and mentorship to more junior Contracts associates, assist in key negotiations, identify risks and mitigation strategies, identify and implement processes that positively impact the organization. Will support the technical and functional administration of prime/subprime contracts and ensure compliance with government regulations and company procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team of professionals supporting proposal preparation and a portfolio of contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Unanet (ERP database) a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to clearly articulate information and ideas verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules and deadlines on assigned projects.
- Ability to effectively lead, manage multiple roles and projects and relate it to big picture goals and objectives.

- Process improvement oriented (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline with 12 years of experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of 16 years of relevant experience, education, and training may be considered.
- Proven expertise within government contracts. Aviation experience a plus.
- Solid knowledge, understanding and practical application of FAR and DFARs clauses.
- Knowledge and application of government compliance regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and cybersecurity.
- Proposal development, pricing strategies, requirements identification, SOW/PWS reviews.
- Experience with Software Licensing and Intellectual Property Rights.
- Experience with simple, complex and varied types agreements (i.e. Master Service, Professional Services, MOAs/MOUs, Teaming, etc.).
- Experience with DCAA/DCMA requirements, including cost accounting standards, audit compliance and contract administration.
- Experience with full life-cycle contract management and contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, CPIF, etc.).
- Valid state driver's license.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
Desired Experience/Skills
- CPCM, CFCM, CCCM certification or advanced certificates in Federal Contracting.
- Active and current DoD Secret security clearance.
Work Authorization and Environment
- Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
- Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required.
- Specific work hours determined by operational, departmental, or contractual requirements.
- Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required.
- Infrequent travel to work sites throughout the U.S. and OCONUS may be required.
