Senior Controller Single Aisle & Wide Body (m/w/d)

Du arbeitest in der größten Produktionsstätte für zivile Flugzeuge in Hamburg. Durch die Lage am südlichen Elbufer besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu pendeln. Erlebe in deiner Freizeit das besondere Flair Hamburgs, wo pulsierende Weltstadt Kultur auf nautisches Erbe trifft.

• Du bist die finanzielle Anlaufstelle für das Single-Aisle- und Wide-Body-Programm der Value-Stream-Organisation und Unterstützung des Leiters des Werkscontrollings Hamburg in der Rolle des Finance Business Partners, der das operative Geschäft berät und unterstützt

• Du konsolidierst die finanzielle Planung, legst Ziele fest und stellst Prognosen bereit

• Du analysierst die tatsächlichen Kosten und identifizierst die Bewertung von Risiken und Chancen zur Annäherung an die Ziele

• Du erstellst genaue, pragmatische und aussagekräftige Berichte zur Erleichterung und Förderung von Entscheidungsprozessen

• Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zu Digitalisierungsinitiativen und Projekten zur Vereinfachung und Standardisierung.

• Du ermöglichst strategische Entscheidungen durch die Bereitstellung von Business Cases und Sensitivitätsstudien, um Stakeholder aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zu alignen

• Du bewertest die Kostenbasis von Arbeitspaketen für interne und externe Transfers of Work bei Änderungen des industriellen Fußabdrucks, Geschäftsbewertung mit Fokus auf Kerngeschäft, Ressourcen und Kompetenzen.

• Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss in Finanzen/Controlling oder einem ähnlichen Studienbereich

• Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Produktion, Fertigungsprozessen und/oder der Fertigung Supply-Chain

• Du besitzt ausgeprägte Datenanalyse Fähigkeiten

• Du hast Erfahrung im Management verschiedener Interessengruppen in multifunktionalen Teams

• Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Senior Controller Single Aisle & Wide Body (d/f/m) 

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. • You are the Financial Front Desk for the Single Aisle and Wide Body Programm Value Stream Organisation

• you will support the Head of Plant Controlling Hamburg in the Finance Business Partner role advising and guiding the operational business

• You will consolidate the financial planning, establish targets and provide forecasts

• You analyze actual costs and identify and assess risks and opportunities to converge to targets 

• You establish accurate, pragmatic and meaningful reports to facilitate and drive decision making

• You will contribute to the digitisation initiatives and projects for simplification and standardization

• You will enable strategic decisions by promoting business cases and sensitivity studies aligning stakeholders from multiple business functions

• You will be responsible for cost base assessment of work packages for internal and external Transfers of Work in changes of the industrial footprint, business case evaluation with focus on core business, resources and competencies

• You have a university degree in Finance/Controlling or a similar field of study

• You have strong experience in production, Manufacturing Processes and/or Supply Chain Manufacturing

• You have strong data analysis skills

• You are experienced in managing different stakeholders in multi-functional teams

• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
